Why I Chose to Study Nutrition
I was drawn to nutrition because of my passion for cooking and overall well-being. I love the idea of helping people build healthier habits that truly fit their lifestyle, through a simple and realistic approach. To me, support starts with listening and building a trusting relationship so each person feels understood and supported.

Outside of my role at Team Nutrition, I’m someone who enjoys making the most of life and spending time with the people who recharge me. I also enjoy taking on new athletic challenges and spending time outdoors.
